Opistophthalmus macer (Thorell, 1876)
Opistophthalmus macer (Fynbos Burrowing Scorpion) from Gansbaai
A species commonly found along the South coast; starting in the West around the mountains of Somerset West and stretching all the way up to Port Elizabeth. They also have another range extension into the Breede River Valley up to Ceres where they are a bit more difficult to find.
